This policy applies to ipt-workshop.bridgingmental.health (the Integrative Psychotherapy Fundamentals workshop site) and describes how we handle personal data under the GDPR and Dutch AVG.

What data we collect
- Workshop registration — information you submit via our Google Form (e.g. name, email, enrolment choice, student status).
- Free video access — email address when you request the Pathways of Change sneak peek; stored in our Google Sheet when you submit the form.
- Contact — email or WhatsApp messages you send us.
- Technical data — standard server and analytics data from Carrd, Google, and YouTube when you use this site (see below).
We do not collect therapy records, health diagnoses, or client files through this website.
Why we use your data
- To process workshop registrations and communicate about your enrolment.
- To send the free preview video and, with your consent, occasional emails about workshops and training.
- To respond to questions and provide customer support.
- To improve our marketing and understand interest in our programmes (legitimate interest, balanced against your rights).
Legal basis
- Contract / pre-contractual steps — processing registration data to enrol you in a workshop.
- Consent — marketing emails and the free-video email gate.
- Legitimate interest — operating and securing this website.
Third parties
- Google Forms — workshop registration and email capture. Data is stored by Google; see Google's privacy policy.
- YouTube — embedded videos may set cookies if you play them. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode where possible.
- Carrd — hosts this website.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with processors that help us deliver our services, or when required by law.
Retention
Registration and email data are kept as long as needed to administer workshops, maintain records required for training institutions, and comply with legal obligations — typically up to 7 years for financial and enrolment records. Marketing lists are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from emails). Contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Cookies
This site may use essential cookies from Carrd. YouTube embeds may place cookies when you play a video. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Children
This site is intended for adults (students and professionals). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
